At Malibu Access Control, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy under the following conditions:

Return Window: Equipment can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts are not eligible for a return.
2. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs when returning the equipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
2. Controller Boards

Warranty Period: 5 Years

Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five years from the date of purchase.
3. Vision Camera Line

Warranty Period: 2 Years

Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
4. Paramont Series Cameras

Warranty Period: 3 Years

Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three years from the date of purchase.
5. All Other Products

Warranty Period: 1 Year

Coverage: This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Warranty Claim Process
